Stashlify ships with pre-built size charts for common product categories, organized into Sizing Profiles. These profiles save you time when adding stock by providing the correct size options automatically.

Sizing Profiles

A Sizing Profile is a named configuration that determines which size options appear when adding stock. When you open the Add Stock or Update Stock modal, you first select a Sizing Profile from the dropdown, then the Size field populates with the correct options.
US shoe sizing for Men (M 3.5-22), Women (W 4-12), Kids (K 0C-7Y), and Unisex (U averaged sizes). Includes half-size increments.
Watch case diameter in millimeters. Men: 36-50mm, Women: 24-38mm. Industry standard from Rolex, Omega, Seiko, etc.
International letter sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL. Includes baby/toddler sizes (0-3M, 2T, 3T) for kids.
Flexible size options: One Size, S/M, M/L, L/XL. Suitable for bags, hats, belts, and similar items.
Minimal sizing: One Size or N/A. For figurines, trading cards, and other collectible items.
Create your own profiles for product types with unique sizing (e.g., rings, helmets). Custom sizes are saved for reuse.

Product type tabs

The Size Management page lets you view and edit presets for each product type. Switch between tabs to manage sizes per category and gender.

ShoesUS sizing for Men, Women, Kids, and Unisex. Includes a size equivalence formula for automatic Men-to-Women conversion (e.g., Men’s 8 = Women’s 9.5 with a 1.5 difference).
WatchesCase diameter sizing in millimeters (mm). Common sizes include 36mm, 38mm, 40mm, 42mm, 44mm, and 46mm.
ApparelInternational letter sizes: XS through XXXL. Separate presets for each gender.
AccessoriesOne Size, S/M, M/L, L/XL ranges.
CollectiblesSimple sizing: One Size or N/A.
When adding stock, you can type a custom size that does not exist in the preset list. The custom size is automatically saved to the sizing profile for future use. You do not need to visit this page to add new sizes.
