The Inventory page gives you a complete overview of all your product stocks across all branches and consignment types. You can view total stock quantities and apply powerful filters to find exactly what you need.
Overview
The Inventory dashboard displays:
- Total Stock: The sum of all items currently in your inventory
- Search functionality: Quick search by product name or SKU
- Advanced filters: Multiple filter options to narrow down your inventory
- Detailed table: Comprehensive view of each inventory item with sortable columns
Searching and filtering
Basic search
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find items by name or SKU. This performs a real-time search across your entire inventory.
Filter options
Apply any combination of the following filters to refine your inventory view:

| Brands | Filter by product brand |
| Sports | Filter by sport category (e.g., Basketball, Football) |
| Collections | Filter by product collection |
| Categories | Filter by product category |
| Consigners | Filter by consignment partner |
| Sizes | Filter by available sizes |
| Stock Types | Choose between All, In-House (your own inventory), or Cosigned (consignment items) |
| Branches | Filter by store location if you have multiple branches |
| Conditions | Filter by product condition (e.g., Brand New, Like New) |
| Items | Choose between All items, items with steal price, or items without steal price |
| Price Range | Set minimum and maximum price limits to find items within your desired price range |
Bulk selection
Use the checkboxes to select multiple items:
- Select individual items: Check the box next to each item you want to select
- Select all on page: Use “Select All (10)” to select all items displayed on the current page
- The counter shows how many items are selected (e.g., “0 of 10”)
Bulk actions
Once you’ve selected items, you can perform the following bulk actions:

| Update Selected | Update multiple selected SKU entries at once (gender, size, condition, price, etc.) |
| Print Stickers | Print stickers for all selected product SKUs with their classification details |
| Print Labels | Print labels for all selected items for organization and tracking purposes |
| Pull Out Selected | Archive multiple selected product SKUs from your active inventory at once |
Inventory table
The inventory table displays the following columns for each item:

| Brand | Product brand name |
| Sport | Sport category |
| Category | Product category |
| Location | Branch or store location |
| Consigner | Consignment partner (if applicable) |
| Condition | Item condition (e.g., Brand New, In-House) |
| Price | Selling price |
| Commission | Commission amount (for consignment items) |
| Size | Size variant |
| Date | Date the item was added to inventory |
| Actions | Quick action menu for the item |
All columns are sortable - click the column header to sort ascending or descending.
Actions
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the end of each row to access the following actions:
| Action | Description |
|---|
| Print Sticker | Print a sticker for that specific product SKU with its classification details (brand, sport, category, size, price, etc.). |
| Update | Update the SKU’s stock entry details such as gender, size, condition, price, and other product attributes. |
| Pull Out | Archive the product SKU from your active inventory. This removes it from inventory tracking but maintains a historical record. |
Exporting data
Use the Export Data button in the top-right corner to export your filtered inventory view as a CSV or Excel file. This is useful for:
- Creating backups
- Analyzing inventory trends
- Sharing with team members or auditors
- Importing into external systems
Refreshing inventory
Click the Refresh button to reload the latest inventory data from the system.
Use the combination of filters and search to quickly locate low-stock items, items matching specific criteria, or inventory from particular consignors. This helps you make informed decisions about restocking and sales strategies.
