When a customer places an order through your storefront, it appears on the Orders page for processing. Each order moves through a defined status workflow.

Order status workflow

StatusDescription
PendingOrder has been placed and payment received. Waiting for you to begin processing.
ProcessingYou are preparing the order. Items are being picked and packed.
ShippedOrder has been handed to the courier. The customer receives a notification.
CompletedOrder has been delivered and confirmed. The transaction is finalized.
CancelledOrder was cancelled before shipment. Inventory is restored automatically.

Storefront checkout flow

Customers visit your storefront, browse products, select sizes, and add items to their cart. At checkout, they provide shipping information and pay via PayMongo (credit cards, GCash, GrabPay, or Maya). The order then appears in your dashboard for fulfillment.
Process pending orders promptly. Updating the status keeps customers informed via email notifications and builds trust in your store.
