Export your business data as PDF or CSV files for accounting, tax filing, or offline analysis. Reports can be generated from the dashboard and individual sections.

Available exports

  • Organization Report — a comprehensive PDF/CSV export of your entire business data including sales, inventory, and financial summaries.
  • Sales History — export transaction records filtered by date range, branch, or status.
  • Inventory Report — export current stock levels across all products and branches.
  • Customer Data — export customer lists with order history for analysis.
  • Employee Performance — export staff sales metrics and commission reports.

How to export

Navigate to the section

Go to the section you want to export (Dashboard, Sales History, Inventory, etc.).

Click Export

Click the “Export” button (usually in the top-right area of the section).

Select format

Choose PDF for printable reports, or CSV for spreadsheet analysis.

Download

The file downloads to your device automatically.
Use the date filter before exporting to narrow the data to a specific period. The export includes only the currently filtered data.
