The Products page is the heart of your catalog. Every item you sell starts here. Each product can have multiple size variants, each with its own stock level and pricing.

Creating a new product

Navigate to Products

Go to Inventory → Products in the sidebar and click “Add Product”.

Upload images

Upload product images (up to 6). Drag and drop PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF files.

Select classification

Choose the Category (required), Collection, Sport, and Brand (optional).

Enter product details

Fill in the Name, Style Code, SKU (your unique product code), and Description.

Save the product

Save the product. It will appear in your catalog in a draft state.

Adding Stocks

Access Actions

Hover over the action button then click Add Stock.

Select branch

Select the branch (if you have multiple locations).

Choose type

Choose the type: In-House (your own inventory) or Consignment (from a consignor).

Select a Sizing Profile

Choose the size profile: Shoes, Apparel, Custom Profiles, etc…

Enter details

For each item, select Gender, Size, Condition, Quantity, Cost Price, Selling Price, and Sale Price(If Discounted).

Set commission (If item has commission fee)

Toggle on “Add commission”, select type (Percentage or Fixed) and set the rate or amount.

Add Stock

Click “Add Stock” to add new stocks in inventory.

Publishing

Each product has a Publish toggle. When enabled, the product appears on your storefront. Products with zero total stock cannot be published. Toggle it off to hide a product from customers while keeping it in your inventory system.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find products by SKU or name. Filter by Category, Brand, or Sport to narrow results. Bulk select products using the checkboxes to perform actions on multiple items at once.
Important: Set up your Categories, Brands, and Collections before adding products. This makes the product creation process faster and ensures consistent organization.
