Header & Quick Actions
At the top you’ll find the page title with a personalized greeting, a “Take a Tour” button for guided onboarding, and quick action buttons: Add Product, Add Customer, Add Pre-order, and Add Consignor. These let you create records without navigating away from the dashboard.Date Filters
Below the header, date filter buttons let you scope all dashboard data: Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, or Custom Range. An Export Org. Report button on the right generates a downloadable PDF/CSV of your entire business data.KPI Cards (Row 1)
- Current Stock Value — total retail value of all in-stock inventory.
- Today’s Sales — revenue today, split by Walk-in and Online channels.
- Low Stock — count of items needing attention (below reorder threshold).
- Pre-orders — split into Overdue and Pending counts.
KPI Cards (Row 2)
- Monthly Revenue — cumulative revenue this month with % change vs. previous month.
- Avg. Sale Price — mean transaction value per item this month.
- Inventory Turnover — how fast stock is selling (higher = healthier).
- Transactions Today — count of completed checkouts.
- Revenue Split — visual bar showing Own Stock vs. Consignment revenue breakdown.
Sales Activity
- Sales Trend (Last 30 Days) — interactive area/bar/pie chart with 7-day average toggle. Hover for daily totals. Green = increasing, Red = decreasing.
- Top Selling Products — ranked list with product image, units sold, revenue, and sell-through percentage. Filterable by month (All Time, Mar 2026, Feb 2026, etc.). Toggle between List and Chart view.
- Revenue Overview — combined bar + line chart showing daily revenue (bars) and cumulative total (line). Shows peak day, average per day, and total for period.
Inventory Health
- Low Stock Products — paginated table with Product, SKU, Stock level, and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) reorder recommendation. Toggle show/hide.
- Slow Movers — products with stock but little or no sales this period. Shows product image, stock count, and “No sales” badge.
- Peak Sales Hours — two charts: By Hour of Day and By Day of Week, showing when customers buy the most.
