Collections let you group products together for promotions, seasonal campaigns, or themed showcases on your storefront.
Unlike categories (which are structural), collections are flexible and marketing-oriented. A single product can belong to multiple collections. Use them for things like “Summer Sale”, “Holiday Specials”, “Staff Picks”, or “Clearance”.
Creating a collection
Navigate to Collections
Go to Setup in the sidebar and select Collections.
Click Create
Click the “Create Collection” button.
Enter details
Enter a collection name (required), description and cover image (optional), then click “Create Collection”.
Access actions
Hover over the Actions button on any row for Update or Delete actions.
Set status
Set the status to Active (visible on storefront) or Inactive (hidden) in Update actions.
The system automatically generates “New Arrivals” and “Best Sellers” collections based on your inventory data. You do not need to maintain these manually.
