Your customer database grows automatically as people make purchases. Every customer added during a POS transaction or created through an online order appears here.

Customer profiles

Each customer profile shows their name, email, phone number, total purchases, and last purchase date. Click into a profile to view their complete order history and saved addresses.

Managing customers

  • Search by name, email, or phone number.
  • Add customers manually using the ”+ Add Customer” button.
  • View purchase history and order details for each customer.
  • Customers can have multiple saved addresses for shipping.
  • Export customer data for marketing campaigns or analysis.
