Stashlify tracks inventory in real time. When a sale is completed, stock quantities are automatically decremented. Every change is logged for accountability.

Adding stock

Expand the product

In the Products table, expand any product row to see its size variants.

Click Add Stock

Click “Add Stock” to add new inventory.

Select branch

Select the branch (if you have multiple locations).

Choose type

Choose the type: In-House (your own inventory) or Consignment (from a consignor).

Enter details

For each item, select Gender, Size, Quantity, Cost Price, Selling Price, and optional Sale Price.

Set commission (consignment only)

For consignment items, toggle “Add commission” and set the rate.

Stock statuses

StatusDescription
In StockItem is available for sale through POS or the online storefront.
SoldItem has been purchased. Automatically set when a sale is completed.
PendingItem is reserved, typically for a pre-order with a deposit collected.
Pulled OutItem has been removed from active inventory, often returned to a consignor.
Products need at least one size variant with stock greater than zero to be eligible for publishing on your storefront. Sale Price is optional; leave it empty if no discount applies.
