# Employee Goals

> Set monthly sales targets for your team and track progress

Set monthly sales targets for your team and track their progress in real time. Goals motivate staff and give you visibility into individual performance.

## How to use it

  <Step title="Navigate to Employees">
    Go to People → Employees in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a staff member">
    Select a staff member and click Set Goal.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter a target amount">
    Enter a target amount (e.g., "₱500,000 in sales this month").
  </Step>

  <Step title="Track progress">
    Track progress on the Employee Dashboard — it updates automatically as sales are processed.
  </Step>

## What you can track

* Monthly sales targets per employee
* Commission earnings based on completed sales
* Performance leaderboards ranking staff by sales volume
* Time remaining in the current goal period with countdown
* Top sellers with sell-through rates and revenue contribution

Only merchant admins can set and modify goals. Staff members can view their own progress on the Employee Dashboard.
