# Customer Management

> Build and manage your customer database

Your customer database grows automatically as people make purchases. Every customer added during a POS transaction or created through an online order appears here.

## Customer profiles

Each customer profile shows their name, email, phone number, total purchases, and last purchase date. Click into a profile to view their complete order history and saved addresses.

## Managing customers

* Search by name, email, or phone number.
* Add customers manually using the "+ Add Customer" button.
* View purchase history and order details for each customer.
* Customers can have multiple saved addresses for shipping.
* Export customer data for marketing campaigns or analysis.

  Encourage your staff to add customer information during POS checkout. Building a customer database lets you identify your best buyers and create targeted promotions.
