# Consignors

> Register and manage consignment partners

Consignors are individuals or businesses who place their products in your store for sale. You sell their items, take a commission, and pay them when the items sell.

## Registering a consignor

<Steps>
  <Step title="Navigate to Consignor Management">
    Go to Consignment → Consignors in the sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Consignor">
    Click "+ Add Consignor".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter details">
    Enter the consignor's name, contact information, and any required information.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Done">
    Click "Add Consignor" and you are done!
  </Step>

Each consignor profile displays their total items consigned, items sold, and pending payout amount. Click into a profile to see a complete breakdown of their inventory and transaction history.
